· Campers must be Xcel Energy employees (active benefitted or retired) or persons accompanied by an Xcel Energy employee (active benefitted or retired) who is also camping.
· Each employee (active benefitted or retired) is allowed to reserve four (4) sites for a maximum of fourteen (14) days and only two (2) units on each site will be permitted. **Exception of Holiday weekends – employees (active or retired) are only allowed a maximum of two (2) sites with two (2) units on each site.
· Monthly sites – Each employee (active or retired) is allowed to reserve two (2) sites for a maximum of thirty (30) days with two (2) units on each site.
· If you are unable to keep your reservation, or if your arrival is delayed, please call the caretaker at (715) 595-6371 as soon as possible. (Weekend reservations will only be held until 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, unless late arrival is mentioned in your reservation, or the caretaker is notified). Absolutely NO REFUNDS unless pre-approved by the campground board president.
· Xcel Energy employees (active or retired) are responsible for their own, and their guests', behavior and actions. Guests cannot camp without an employee at the campground.
· Any damage resulting from employee (active benefitted or retired) or guest negligence will forfeit future use of the park and will require an employee (active benefitted or retired) to make restitution for the damage. Further, not following the White Birch rules may result in immediate ejection and/or future forfeiture of campground use.
· Park in designated areas only. No parking along roadways or grassy areas within campground.
· Camp and swim in designated areas only.
· Quiet hours start at 11:00 p.m.
· Please keep toilet facilities clean.
· Follow correct procedures for dumping camper waste and keeping the area clean.
· Pets must be leashed, quiet and their areas cleaned.
· Speed limit is 5 miles per hour.
· No discharging of firearms, BB guns or fireworks.
· Moor watercraft only in designated areas; no mooring allowed at boat landing dock.
· Please do not cut trees or pull bark off white Birch trees.
· Build campfires in designated areas only. No relocating of fire rings without permission.
Please observe the posted rules of the park. We appreciate your cooperation in following these rules. They're designed to make everyone's stay as pleasant as possible.
